This new proposal for an energy efficient, contemporary office building is located in the commercial, transport and university precinct around Caulfield station.

The built form respects a sensitive residential interface to the north with appropriate reduction of scale, visual and climatic screening and landscaping. Its public facades present a dynamic innovative design in keeping with the high standard of new built form of the university buildings.
