The 19 storey former Ansett office building was aquired by the PDG Corporation and refurbished as part of the comprehensive redevelopment of the 501 Swanston Street site.

The project features a revitalisd foyer with café and lounge areas which invite tenants and users to meet and enjoy the sun drenched public areas.
