Raffaele’s primary role is of Project Co-ordinator, managing avariety of projects from small fit-outs to large scale residentialand commercial projects, managing teams or working independently depending on the scale of the project. His strength is his ability to follow projects through from initial ideas to the production of the built form. His commitment to rigorous detailing and co-ordination required to realise design intentions, is reflected in his broad understanding of timber construction, glazing systems, steel buildings, pre-cast concrete and complex roofing systems. As a project co-ordinator Raffaele is skilled in liaising with clients and project managers to complete projects on time and within budget. He is a driving force in the office’s design development process and management of technical resources. With his interest in the integration of ESD initiatives into architectural design, Raffaele is ensuring each project strives to meet the growing market trendto sustainable design. |
