   Martyn is well known as an architect of quality, style
and efficiency. His portfolio spans more than 35 years
of intense involvement with the problems and solutions peculiar to the CBD environment in Australia, as well as the United Kingdom and Asia.

His extensive urban design experience in Australia,
and moreparticularly in Melbourne, was significant
in the emergence of medium and high-density
residential developments in the CBD. Martyn has also tackled problems specific to the CBD districts of Shanghai, Bangkok and London, and has built an impressive portfolio of commercial, industrial, hospitality and residential projects in Australia over the past three decades.

For 10 years Martyn has been principal and director of Urban Design Architects Pty Ltd. Some of his recently completed projects include the twenty storey Marquise residential building on St Kilda Road, the Audi showroom Melbourne, Verve & Milano residential towers Melbourne and a 4 storey apartment building at 333 Coventry Street South Melbourne.
