This 2 storey Australia & New Zealand Bank Building designed by Spowers in 1926 has been incorporated into the podium of a multi level commercial and apartment building. The integrity of the building has been maintained by preserving, the original bank building intact, using the parapet and fenestration lines as determinates of the new podium levels and street frontage detailing. The bank building will form part of a new showroom and office.
