Located opposite the South Melbourne Market, the design makes best use of the convenient inner city location and views to the both the city and the bay from the upper levels. The resultant development provides secure apartments grouped around a tranquil internal courtyard.

Through consultation with the council’s heritage advisor, the massing, articulation and quality of finish were designed to complement the neighbouring buildings in this heritage precinct.
